The Ritual
  1. Apply the sodashi chakra oils to the imbalanced chakra in a circular motion, twice daily (on rising and retiring).
  2. Continue application for a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 28 days, until feelings of imbalance have dissipated. 
  3. If more than one chakra requires balancing, begin with the lowest chakra first. 
  4. It is recommended that only one chakra be treated at a time.

Cypress Cupressus Sempervirens

This oil is an excellent cell stimulant and tissue regenerator. It’s healing and rejuvenating properties make it particularly suitable for dull, sensitive, combination and ageing skins. It’s sweet floral smell also has a balancing effect on the mind and helps to lift the spirit.
