Directions

For Application: Apply 1-2 drops to the corresponding chakra point or pulse point, once or twice a day.

For Bath: Add 10-15 drops to bath.

For Inhalation: Apply 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale deeply to assist with visualization or affirmation.

Locating the heart chakra: The heart chakra point is located on the sternum, at the centre of the chest.

Extra Tips
