Lavender Flower Extract Lavandula
angustifolia: Aroma is calming and relaxing to the mind and body.

Fennel Foeniculum
vulgare: Can be used to ease feelings of anxiety, depression and stress and promote feelings of well-being.

Fir Abies alba: May help to reduce stress.

Cinnamon Cinnamomum
cassia: Warming effect on the body that can uplift and energise the mind, mood and emotions.

Champaca Michelia
champaca: May create a sense of inner peace helping to sooth negative emotions.

For Application: Apply 1-2 drops to the corresponding chakra point or pulse point, once or twice a day.

For Bath: Add 10-15 drops to bath.

For Inhalation: Apply 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale deeply to assist with visualization or affirmation.

Locating the solar plexus chakra: The solar plexus chakra point is located above the navel but below the ribs.

• Continue application for 1 week or until feelings of imbalance have shifted.
