Spikenard Nardostachys jatamansi: Eases affects of stress, tension.

Directions

For Application: Apply 1-2 drops to the corresponding chakra point or pulse point, once or twice a day.

For Bath: Add 10-15 drops to bath.

For Inhalation: Apply 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale deeply to assist with visualization or affirmation.

Locating the root chakra: The root chakra point is located at the base of the spine, opening downwards towards the feet.

Extra Tips

Continue application for 1 week or until feelings of imbalance have shifted.
