What is Sodashi Skincare Subscriptions?
It's a recurring delivery service that lets you receive your favourite Sodashi Skincare products on a 4,6,8 or 12-week cycle, tailored to what suits you and your product usage best.
Why are your offering a Sodashi Skincare Subscription?
As a handmade, small batch artisan skincare company we like to ensure we have just the right amount of product on hand to fulfil orders and as a small company, like to plan ahead to ensure your experience is elevated. This is one way for us to continue to serve you with luxe, quality, almost bespoke made for you.
Do I need to create an account to have a subscription?
While you don't have to create an account for a subscription, we certainly recommend it! Reason being, it's the best way to track and manage your order. If you have purchased a subscription without creating an account, you can easily create an account here and use the email address that you used for your order to manage your subscription.
How does the subscription work?
Simply choose the products you want to subscribe for, set your delivery frequency (e.g., every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks), and we deliver them to your doorstep automatically.
Is there a discount for subscribing?
Yes, customers receive 15% off their first order and an ongoing discount of 10% off for subscribing. You will also gain complimentary shipping*.
If Sodashi has a Sale or Offer, can I order a subscription on the sale price?
No, currently your Sodashi Subscription service does not allow for customers to subscribe to product promotions, gift sets or bundles.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Absolutely! You can modify your product selection anytime through the customer portal. This includes adding/removing products and amending subscription frequency.
How do I manage my description?
Log into your account via the customer portal, go to your subscription settings, and update your details here. You can amend your personal details such as your shipping address or make changes to your subscription.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel at any time with no penalties. You can do this by accessing the Customer Portal.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Lovely idea, however we don’t currently offer this service but stay tuned for further updates.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged automatically just before each shipment based on your chosen frequency. The 10% off discount will apply automatically.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment options like PayPal. Our subscription service does not currently support Afterpay.
What Are the Shipping Costs for subscriptions?
Your first order will require a flat rate shipping fee to be paid, however all subsequent orders will offer free standard shipping. If you are based in Australia and your subscription order exceeds $200, you receive free shipping on your first order.
Is Sodashi Subscriptions Available for International Customers?
Unfortunately, Sodashi Subscriptions is only available for Australian and New Zealand customers. We hope to be able to deliver this service to customers worldwide so stay tuned for updates from us.
What are the shipping fees for international orders?
For our international customers, subscription orders incur standard shipping fees. This ensures we can use reliable, tracked delivery partners and keep order pricing transparent without inflating costs to cover variable international shipping.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, you can update your shipping details at any time in your account.
Do you ship internationally for subscriptions?
Yes, we offer international subscription shipping. Rates and delivery times may vary by region.
How can I track my subscription purchases?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that provides you with your tracking information.
I am a Sodashi Beauty Rewards Member, will I receive points for my subscriptions?
Yes! Subscribers will be able to earn points on their subscriptions.
Am I able to use my Loyalty Reward Point Vouchers on my subscription service?
No, currently Sodashi Beauty Reward Vouchers are only available for use on full-priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or services.
Will I be able to review my order history in my customer account?
Yes, you can do this by accessing the Customer Portal and reviewing your order history. Here you can also track and manage your subscriptions.
