Menopause is a natural transition from our reproductive years into a new stage of life. Our ovaries will slow down the production of key hormones, oestrogen and progesterone.

Perimenopause is the time leading into Menopause and can last for an average of 4-6 years. Menopause is defined as when a woman’s period has stopped for 12 months.  

You can experience a wide variety of symptoms that may come and go, hot flushes, night sweats, disturbed sleep and emotional shifts.
