1. Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser.
2. Apply a toner or face mist to hydrate and prep your skin.
3. Take a few drops of the serum in your palms and warm it up.
4. Gently press and massage the oil onto your face, avoiding the eye area.

5. Apply your moisturiser using upward circular motions to lock in hydration.
*Use the Calming Serum on cleansed skin 3 or 4 times a week in the evening, can be used during the day if extra hydration is needed.
