The third eye chakra is located between the eyes. This chakra governs intuition, visual consciousness and mental clarity. When off balance there may be moodiness, day dreaming and distrust.

Apply to the third eye area in between the eye brows to balance the chakra and bring a feeling of deep spiritual connection, focus and trust.

The Ritual
  1. Apply the sodashi chakra oils to the imbalanced chakra in a circular motion, twice daily (on rising and retiring).
  2. Continue application for a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 28 days, until feelings of imbalance have dissipated. 
  3. If more than one chakra requires balancing, begin with the lowest chakra first. 
  4. It is recommended that only one chakra be treated at a time.

Lavender Lavandula Angustifolia

Our organic French Lavender is extremely valuable for most skin conditions as it promotes new cell growth, healing and balances sebum. The aroma is sweet and fresh which is calming and relaxing to the mind and body.

Spearmint Mentha Spicata

Many similar properties to peppermint but it is much softer in aroma. Reduces fatigue and nervous tension, useful as a pick-me-up when feeling flat and dull.

Spikenard Nardostachys Jatamansi

Spikenard is regarded as a holy oil. It eases the effects of stress and tension, balances the hormonal system and rejuvenates the skin with. It also aids natural sebum production and stimulates blood flow.
