The solar plexus chakra is located at the lumbar spine behind the navel, governs digestion, fear, anxiety, ego and expansiveness.

When off balance it can threaten our self-confidence, cause depression and confusion.

This oil helps to encourage a positive sense of self, as well as diffuse supressed emotion.

Corresponding crystals: yellow or gold citrine, golden topaz

Apply just above the navel (about 1 inch) to balance the chakra and feel comfortable with oneself and with others.

The Ritual
  1. Apply the sodashi chakra oils to the imbalanced chakra in a circular motion, twice daily (on rising and retiring).
  2. Continue application for a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 28 days, until feelings of imbalance have dissipated.
  3. If more than one chakra requires balancing, begin with the lowest chakra first. 
  4. It is recommended that only one chakra be treated at a time.
