Elemi Oil Canarium luzonicum: Aroma lifts the spirit and encourages a calming, compassionate and peaceful wellbeing.

Cardamom Oil Elettaria cardamomum: Warms the senses and reduces fatigue.

Patchouli Oil Pogostemon cablin: Balances emotions.

Clary Sage Extract Salvia sclarea: Can be beneficial for stress.

Vanilla Vanilla planifolia: Proven to be an effective mood lifter, courtesy of its rich, yet unobtrusive scent. Calming and fragrant for the mind and body.

For Application: Apply 1-2 drops to the corresponding chakra point or pulse point, once or twice a day.

For Bath: Add 10-15 drops to bath.

For Inhalation: Apply 1-2 drops to a tissue and inhale deeply to assist with visualization or affirmation.

Locating the sacral chakra: The sacral chakra point is located below the navel and above the pelvic region.
